Empowering Women

Building Bonds Beyond Barriers

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we’re here to create a safe, calm, and welcoming space for anxious girls to simply be themselves.

As two mums who’ve walked this path with our own daughters, we understand how tough it can be when anxiety makes the world feel too big and overwhelming.

That’s why we started this group—to build a gentle community where girls can join in with fun, low-pressure activities, make friends at their own pace, and know they truly belong.

There’s no pressure to take part—just a place to feel supported, seen, and accepted, exactly as they are.

Register and come along

We create safe, welcoming spaces for girls to come together, unwind, and just be themselves.

Whether we’re getting creative with crafts, cooking up something delicious, playing games, or simply chatting with people who get it, every event is about connection, fun, and feeling less alone.

It’s not about being perfect—it’s about showing up, sharing laughs, and building each other up.

No pressure, just good vibes and real support.

Volunteer, Participate, or Donate

Want to make a difference?

There are a couple of simple but powerful ways you can support what we do. Even just a few pounds can help us buy supplies for crafts, ingredients for meals, or games for our sessions.

Every contribution goes directly towards creating a safe, supportive space for girls to connect and feel seen.

We’re also always looking for kind, reliable people to lend a hand at our sessions—whether that’s helping run activities, offering a listening ear, or just being part of the day.

We welcome support for any future events or extra days we plan too. Your support—big or small—means the world to us and the girls we work with.

Thank you for being part of the journey.

Empower Our
Women And Girls

My daughter absolutely loves the group. She’s joined various clubs in the past and only attended once or twice.
She feels comfortable and it’s amazing how she can just be herself without having to try and blend in.
Everyone is so friendly and my daughter  would come everyday if she could! ♥ xx
My daughter answered by saying many things, when I asked her to name 1 of the many things she said how she communicates with people. She feels awkward if she doesn't know somebody and finds it hard to start conversations. I actually think this is a very interesting questions and my answer would be I'm different because I am me, unique in my own way. I think in a world where everybody is trying to blend in, different is great because it's what makes you stand out. We are all different for many beautiful reasons ❤
The group is helping my daughter so much little by little she's talking more to the girls. She got her routine at the groups now . Also it's good for parents too, to get advice and just be there for support of all kinds. There's no pressure on the girls and it's relaxed for them x

In Loving Memory of Liberty💛

The Heart Behind Liberty Circle

Liberty was 14 years old when she passed away from a brain tumour. She was a bright, beautiful soul—gentle, thoughtful, and deeply caring. She had a natural gift for kindness, always making sure no one felt left out. Whether it was in a classroom or just among friends, Liberty included everyone. She made people feel safe, seen, and valued—just by being herself.

We named Liberty Circle to honour her life and carry forward her incredible spirit. This space was created with her heart in mind—a heart that never wanted anyone to be left behind.

Our tagline, “Building bonds beyond barriers,” is more than words. It’s a reflection of Liberty’s legacy. It’s the foundation of everything we do. Every session, every connection, every safe space we create is because of her. She continues to guide us, shape us, and inspire us to lift others up.

Liberty Circle is her gift to the world. We miss her every day, but through this community, her love lives on.
